Pressure Swing Adsorption (PSA) is a nitrogen equipment designed and manufactured by pressure swing adsorption technology with clean compressed air as raw material and physical method. The diameter of oxygen molecule is smaller than that of nitrogen molecule, so the diffusion rate is hundreds of times faster than that of nitrogen. Therefore, the adsorption rate of carbon molecular sieve for oxygen is very fast, reaching more than 90% in about 1 minute. At this time, the adsorption capacity of nitrogen is only about 5%, and the content of oxygen and nitrogen in the air is 21% and 78%, respectively. The remaining nitrogen molecules are enriched at one end of the adsorber to form the product nitrogen into the nitrogen process buffer tank.
